Easy Installation StepsEASY INSTALLATION: Very little is needed to do with this retro-fit manifold.
The block is about a 15-30 minute swap in the engine valley.

  1. Simply loosen/remove all of the fuel line retaining nuts and unplug the bowl heater (if applicable)
  2. Disconnect the bowl drain valve and then remove the 2 bolts holding the bowl to the HPOP reservoir.
  3. Next, remove the fittings that came with the CNC FABRICATION 4-line feed kit that was installed on the bowl, and install them into the new manifold.
  4. Using the newly supplied bolt to hold the manifold, reattach the hard fuel lines.
  5. Finally, install the supplied plug in one of the ports, the straight adapter in the other, then add (customer supplied) 1/2" fuel rated hose to the 90* Pushlok fitting.
  6. Add a regulator, pre/post pump filters, and a line up to the manifold and you are done

NOTE: THE THREADS FOR THE INLET ARE -08 SAE O-RING BOSS, WHICH IS A STANDARD THREAD TYPE FOR HYDRAULICS AND FUEL FITTINGS.

AIRDOG II 4G PUMPTypically, most aftermarket filters are mounted on the frame.For stock to mild horsepower applications, we recommend using the AIRDOG II 4G PUMP for a fairly easy complete fuel tank to engine fuel system. This particular pump kit has been very reliable in our shop truck running 230/100 injectors and has no problem maintaining fuel pressure.  What's nice about this particular pump, is the built in pressure regulator too, so no regulator in the engine valley for a very clean looking engine bay and no engine heat causing premature failure of the regulator. More than capable of holding up to pressures needed for the 7.3L HUEI system and to prove that test, AirDog ran this pump for over a year 24/7 at 100PSI nonstop without a glitch.
Whats nice about this pump is that the regulator is built in (so no worrying about plumbing an aftermarket regulator in) and removes any other potential for air in the fuel.For the naysayers, we have customers running these into the 700-800HP range without issue of dropping fuel pressure.
